He loves to chit-chat and blabber, though most of it is complete nonsense to us. He just chatters away in his own language, which I'm sure makes sense to him. He does rattle off some meaningful words like "Da" (dad), "kitty", "more", "hot", "dog", but most of the time the rest of the stuff is just jibberish.
Yesterday, he found a pair of daddy's shorts on the futon in the office and dragged them down the hall yelling, "da, da,da,da" and tried to find Joe to deliver his shorts to him. When he saw he wasn't in the living room, he carried them to the bathroom and pounded on the bathroom door shouting for dada! Joe was gone so I had to try to explain to him that dada wasn't home. It was so cute to see him recognize daddy's pants and want to give them to him!
