Happy 4th of July!

On the 4th, we stayed at home, Joe worked in the backyard staining the playset and the horseshoe pits and put in a dog door for Casey. Dylan wasn't feeling well and I was recovering from too much fun the day before. By late afternoon, we were feeling better and were ready for some fun! Our new neighborhood is full of kids and fun families and the neighbors all invited us to join their block party. There was a fun bouncy slide and tons of fun stuff for the kids like bubbles, squirt guns and kid-friendly fireworks. Dylan had a blast going on the slide and the kids loved helping him up and down the slide. Joe had fun lighting off some bigger fireworks once it got dark. We are so excited for future neighborhood functions!

Dylan got brave and wanted to do it all by hisself!
