16 months
They grow so fast....little Mr. Inquisitive is getting so big! He weighs 25 pounds and is about 33 inches tall (since this original post, he had his 15-month check-up: though it was late so it was technically a 16-month. He officially recorded 25.4 pounds and was 32.6" tall). He blabbers a slew of words and will rattle off nonsense sentences like we should know what he's saying, even though it sounds like a foreign Asian language to me. Most of his sentences end in a question. He does recognize a lot of words and their meanings such as shoes, nose, hug, kiss, milk, tickle, go, icky, hot, cold, up, down. He's the sweetest little snuggle bug and gives kisses and tickles spontaneously. He still loves to dance and now sing too- he almost nails the final note at the end of the Two and a Half Men theme song, he's a little flat though....
He's down to only one nap a day, but he usually will stay down for at least 2 hours. Gives me some time to get things done. We graduated him to forward-facing in his car seat. He technically could have turned forward instead of rear-facing at 1 year since he met the weight requrement but the pediatrician said they are now recommending that you wait until 2 years. But it was getting so hard for me to pass him snacks and figure out what he needed in the car when I couldn't see him and we let him face the front when in Sunriver so I decided it could be time. He loves sitting so he can see me and everything outside the car. And it helps me a lot to be able to see what he needs.
Sitting in Daddy's massage chair, he loves it and giggles when it rolls up and down his back

Where does the time go!? The other day Vitaliy said he looks like he's 4 years old. I don't know about that, but he certainly is such a big boy. :)
