18 months

My baby is 1 1/2!

Age: 18 months (August 17th)
Height: 33.5"
Weight: 27 lbs
Size: 18 mos-2T
Shoe: 5-6 and has fat little feet. He's lived in his Crocs this summer. They're about the only sandals that fit him!

Milestones:
-Chatter box. It's like the flood gates of speech just opened up and he's a talker!
Some more of his words: diaper, poop, cold, car(s), airplane and plane, Hawaii, bye bye, pouch, blankie, Elmo, blueberry, garbage, baby, hungry, help, cool, apple, boo boo, out, and he has started to say small phrases such as "Mama, help" and "Mama, up" "Hi Dada" and will point to things and ask, "what's that?" or "what's this?" The list of his words and phrases grows each day. He's very interested in learning new words and what objects are called. He loves to yell, "Dylan" (which sounds more like Dee-in with an emphasis on the "in" part) to find out where he is or if he's in trouble, he mimics me and calls him out. Keeping his big brother in line.

Notes:
-Recently has become obsessed with cars. Dylan has about a million and a half of them, the official Cars ones from the Disney movie as well as Hot Wheels and Matchbox. Luke is in heaven. We also have about 5 or 6 race car tracks that Luke discovered in Dylan's room and he will sneak off in there and play with them. He will also tote around Dylan's tackle box full of cars with him and now will even take a car or two into his crib with him for nap time and bed times. He will keep entertained for quite awhile driving his cars around and saying, "zooooom" and "cool cars".
